The location in Rome was excellent, close to Termini train station, the beach, and the city center. the king room had very comfortable beds, central heating, a TV, and a microwave.

Room was clean and clean.

The room was a good size and had a balcony, which I really liked. 🌞 Having a microwave and a fridge was super convenient. the location was perfect - I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and brand-new, equipped with a private bathroom and TV, and all for a rate of US$ 48.

During my recent trip to Rome, I had the opportunity to stay at Vertex Suite. As a frequent traveler, I found two notable features of the provided database that made my stay quite convenient. the hotel's location was perfect for me as I was only transiting through Rome. Vertex Suite is situated within 600 meters of Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station and 500 meters of Rome Termini Metro Station. This meant that I could easily access public transportation to explore the city or catch my next connection without any hassle. the proximity to the airports was great. With the nearest airport being just 14 km away, Vertex Suite made it effortless for me to reach my flight on time.

While my overall experience at Vertex Suite was pleasant, there was one minor inconvenience that I encountered during my stay. The hotel only provided one key for three people in our group.

Prime location near the train station and metro, professional staff , lovely and clean rooms with great amenities at a good price.

Had the joy of a paper-covered hole in my door, dirty walls in desperate need of paint, rock-hard bed, and a charming shoebox lift. Hilarious.

The bathroom is clean and equipped with a hairdryer. The breakfast, although not amazing, is sufficient with croissants, cereal, toast with butter and jam. Additionally, there is a large fridge with a freezer and other appliances like a toaster and kettle available.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the shared bathroom, which affected the overall experience.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the breakfast provided was limited and not of great quality.

The beds were super comfy, the bathroom had a hair dryer, and the breakfast was enough with cereal, milk, toast and marmalade, and a croissant with tea which you can enjoy at the bedroom's table. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from a food shop and the train station. The owner was professional and the bedrooms were beautiful and clean, offering great value for the price. The room had a freezer, fridge, fan, towels with soups, and a TV. The breakfast, just 3 minutes away from the property, was tasty with croissant and coffee/juice. The staff was kind and friendly, and the room was quiet with air conditioning. The garden with a fountain and four turtles was a nice surprise.

Mind-blowing experience! The administrators went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, contacting us and even meeting us on the street. The daily cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom was a super touch. The organized trip to the beach was jaw-dropping, and the staff was always there to answer any doubts we had. The location was great, and the comfortable beds and amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception and security, flat-screen TV, and lift made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was enough to start the day, and having a personal table in our room was a nice touch. It's a shame about the noisy neighbors, but overall, it was an excellent stay.
